Moving into a new house is always amazing, and here I am, moving to a luxurious space with my family. From the initial stage of my life, I had a dream to buy a beautiful house in Mumbai where me and my family could spend time. This luxurious space, Lodha Park, was one of the most expensive apartments in Worli. Built by renowned builders and located in a beautiful place, this place had everything I was looking for.  My family was quite worried about me investing ₹5.5 Crores to ₹13.2 Crores to get a flat at this place, but when they looked at the project and checked the amenities, they were all convinced. 

The place was Near Starbucks, Pandurang Budhkar Marg, Worli, Mumbai, and the project area is 17.65 acres as the site had a total of 450 units. The builders were offering 2, 2.5, 3, 4, and 4+ bedrooms at this apartment. For a good amount of time, I’ve stayed in different places in Mumbai on rent, and now that I have enough money, I want to buy a home in Mumbai to live my dream.  Being in Mumbai for years, I’ve been working on my business, and now that I’m making some revenue, this has to be the best investment for me and my family. 

Why I Finalized This Place For Me And My Family 

Finalizing a home isn’t an easy process; multiple elements need to be checked to choose the right property.  A home in Mumbai also costs a lot, so getting a beautiful budget was a challenging task. When I came across Lodha Park, I checked for its Amenities first. I wanted my place to have everything so I didn’t need to go out for anything.

I don’t believe in vastu shastra, but my family wants to ensure that this place is Vastu compliant, and to my surprise, this place was vastu compliant, and it aligns with the vastu shastra.

The biggest part about being here is its lavish swimming pool for the soiety members. Here, we have a 7-acre Private Park swimming pool, and you also get Spa/steam/sauna services here. 

Community hall and Clubhouse

To connect with the community and have a good time in indoor activities, we have a community hall and a clubhouse where we can do different activities and attend events. 

Party area and Amphitheater

Life without partying is incomplete, and being here, I wanted a party area where I could attend and arrange parties for my family and friends. There’s an amphitheater for big events at this place. 

Gym and Jogging track

I love a good balance of work, parties and fitness and being a fitness enthusiast, I wanted a good gym at the place and to my surprise, this place had a beautiful Gym and a Jogging track where people can exercise and run. 

Aerobics room and Maintenance staff

For people who like activities, there’s a dedicated aerobics room where they can do aerobics. Also, to maintain the appropriate system, there’s a maintenance staff at this place. 

Tennis court, Basketball court and Skating rink

I love playing games, and this place has several courts, like a Tennis court and a Basketball court, which is amazing. I planned to call my friends and play on this court with them. We also have a skating rink here, so I’ll teach my kids how to skate. 

Shopping center and ATM

To avoid going out, we have a solution here as this place has a big shopping center where I can do shopping easily. It’s a hassle to find an ATM near you and to avoid any inconvenience, and this place also has a shopping center.
